Blithchron, the annual cultural
festival of Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, is set to take place from 5th to 8th
February 2026, promising four days of high-energy
celebrations, artistic expression, and unforgettable live performances. Over
the years, Blithchron has
grown into a prominent youth festival, attracting students and audiences from
across the country.

One of the key
highlights of Blithchron 2026 will be the stand-up comedy night on 6th February,
featuring celebrated comedian Biswa
Kalyan Rath. Widely known for his sharp
observational humor and relatable storytelling, Biswa has become one of the most influential
voices in India’s stand-up comedy scene. His performance is expected to be a
major
crowd-puller, adding
laughter and wit to the festival lineup.

The festival will culminate with a grand musical concert on 8th February, headlined by renowned Bollywood singer and composer Nikhil D'Souza. Known for his soulful voice and numerous hit songs in Hindi cinema, Nikhil D’Souza’s live performance is anticipated to be one of the most memorable moments of Blithchron 2026, bringing together melody, emotion, and a powerful stage presence.
