Mr. Saurabh Sood, Founder—Nature Homes
New Delhi, June 24, 2025 – As the world reimagines sustainable living, Mr. Saurabh Sood, Founder and CEO of Nature Homes, is at the forefront of India’s eco-conscious real estate movement. Since founding Nature Homes in 2013, Mr. Sood has led a quiet revolution—creating homes that are not only environmentally responsible but also emotionally enriching.
Nature at the Core: Mr. Sood’s Sustainable Building Philosophy
“In every wall of a Nature Home, there is care, consciousness, and a commitment to the future,” says Mr. Sood.
Nature Homes avoids synthetics and concrete-heavy designs, instead choosing mud, lime plaster, bamboo, recycled wood, and stone—materials that are natural, breathable, and biodegradable. Each home is crafted to maximize health, thermal comfort, and longevity, while staying rooted in Vastu and natural design. Mr. Sood’s belief that structures should coexist with nature defines every project the company undertakes.
Premium Wood, Promised Timelines: A Formula for Fast, Sustainable Living

Nature Homes uses premium pine wood imported from Germany, Canada, and Scandinavia, sourced from licensed farms that plant four trees for every one cut. These energy-efficient, climate-adaptive wooden homes cost nearly 50% less than concrete buildings and are completed in just 30 to 100 days. With clearly defined timelines, a no-debt model, and zero upfront investment from the company itself, Mr. Sood’s approach offers a compelling blend of speed, quality, and sustainability.
Building Green Across India: 200+ Projects and Expanding Nationwide
Having successfully delivered 26 eco-friendly projects, Nature Homes is now expanding pan-India, seeking partnerships with developers, institutions, and individuals who value sustainable architecture.
From luxury cottages to eco-resorts and wooden villas, Nature Homes is bringing its expertise to landscapes across India, including these landmark projects:
❖ Polo Orchid Resort, Cherrapunji: A Milestone in Eco-Hospitality

In 2015, Mr. Sood led the creation of Polo Orchid Resort in Cherrapunji, one of the world’s rainiest regions. The project demanded innovation to withstand the climate, using natural materials and passive cooling techniques. Today, the resort stands as a benchmark in eco-luxury tourism, proving that sustainability and elegance can go hand in hand.
❖ Diganta Spa Resort, Mukteshwar: A Snow-Capped Challenge Conquered
Diganta Spa Resort, Mukteshwar
In 2019, Nature Homes built 40 eco-friendly cottages for Diganta Spa Resort in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand—despite heavy daily snowfall. What began as a two-person operation has now grown into a team of 23 in-house experts and 100+ on-call carpenters serving clients across India.
● Ram Lalla’s Vastu-Aligned Wooden Temple, Ayodhya

In one of its most prestigious assignments, Ghaziabad-based Nature Homes was chosen by the Uttar Pradesh Government to build a makeshift wooden temple for Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. Completed in just eight days, the 21×14 ft vastu-aligned structure was inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the first day of Navratri.
Crafted with pine wood imported from Germany and Estonia, the structure is engineered to endure earthquakes up to 9.0 on the Richter scale and winds of 150 km/h. The double-layered, insulated design balances spirituality and structural resilience, making it a career highlight for Mr. Sood.
Nature Homes invites eco-conscious homeowners, resorts, architects, and developers to collaborate in building a greener India.
